Conclusion Based On Findings: Haunted

Private Residence,

Investigation 2: December 15, 2010

On December 15th 2010, California Paranormal Research went for a road trip, conducted two investigations in one day. The first was a private residence in Sacramento, CA, followed by this one, which was a private residence in Lodi, CA.

The two bedroom apartment is home for a family of four. They have lived there for a year, but in the past 6 months have had some unusual experiences leading them to suspect the place to be haunted. They have become so scared due to the recent events that they had fled the apartment.

The primary experiences in the home have been:

Sightings of what appears to be a very young boy
Several people reported being touched, one of them on the nose, and the man's feet while he's in bed
Cabinets can be heard opening and closing
Child's toys falling or making noise
Something hitting the side of the bed hard and loud
While at the table eating, their 2 year old son turned to look at something and yelled "scary"

Below are some samples of the evidence gathered from the investigation.

Observations:

In the the master bedroom, we located a very strong EMF (electromagnetic field) reading of +80 milligauss near the headboard of the bed.
Odd physical sensations were experienced by several team members through the course of the investigation, including a "pressure" behind the eyes, sudden vertigo, and wave like movement while sitting still.
One investigator experienced a strong and sudden empathic response of sadness and an urge to cry.

EVPs:
These are clips from unfiltered, unaltered audio files and slight filtered copies used to clarify what is being said. However the filtered/altered files are not considered "evidence" in themselves, they are for analysis only, and presented here for that purpose. EVPs tend to be rather soft voices and oddly modulated, so it helps to use good quality headphones, a higher volume and play the file several times.

Conclusion:

From the recorded EVPs, the fact that many appear to be interactive and aware of our presence, we conclude the place to be Haunted by two, if not more, Intelligent Spirits (i.e. Ghosts).
