Conclusion Based On Findings: Haunted

Private Residence, Los Encions St., San Jose, CA

Investigation: August 15 and October 7, 2010

California Paranormal Research conducted an investigation at a private residence in San Jose, California, on August 15th and October 7th of 2010.

The residence is a double wide mobile home which has been in place since 1976. Its neighbors say an elderly woman passed away in the home, but no name or time frame is known. The current owners have lived there for 10 years.

The primary experiences there have been the sightings of several apparitions:

an elderly woman who is seen looking out the drapes in the bedroom
a tall man wearing a military uniform
a young boy
a black shadowy figure that may be wearing some sort of dark cape.

Everyone living there has had similar experiences. So, easily a place worthy of investigation, with the hope of bringing the family some understanding and comfort.

Below are some samples of the evidence gathered from the investigations.

Observations:

EMF (electromagnetic field) readings over the entire section of the trailer containing the master bedroom and bathroom were relatively high and consistent. The source of the field has not been determined.

EVPs:
These are clips from unfiltered, unaltered audio files and slight filtered copies used to clarify what is being said. However the filtered/altered files are not considered "evidence" in themselves, they are for analysis only, and presented here for that purpose. EVPs tend to be rather soft voices and oddly modulated, so it helps to use good quality headphones, a higher volume and play the file several times.

Conclusion:

From the recorded EVPs, the fact that many appear to be interactive and aware of our presence, and they consist of both a male and female voice, we conclude the place to be Haunted by two, if not more, Intelligent Spirits (i.e. Ghosts).
