Conclusion Based On Findings: Haunted

Private Residence, Lincoln Ave., San Jose, CA

Investigation: June 5, 2010

California Paranormal Research conducted a paranormal investigation at a private residence in San Jose, California, on June 5th 2010. This was our third investigation of this location.

Reported occurrences at this location include:

Shadow figures witnessed in the area of the dinning room and kitchen
Heavy footsteps in the kitchen
cabinet doors opening and closing in the kitchen
Front door unlocked and opened itself in front of two witnesses
SpongeBob doll talks, even thought the batteries are dead

Below are the resulting EVPs we obtained that evening.

EVPs:
These are clips from unfiltered, unaltered audio files and slight filtered copies used to clarify what is being said. However the filtered/altered files are not considered "evidence" in themselves, they are for analysis only, and presented here for that purpose. EVPs tend to be rather soft voices and oddly modulated, so it helps to use good quality headphones, a higher volume and play the file several times.

An interesting point here, is to compare the tone of these findings with those resulting from our team's two prior sessions at this location. Each time we are there, the place has a different mood to the results, and indicates a changing spirit/living interaction. The reason for this difference isn't clear at this point. To be sure, we will be back to gather more information.

Conclusion:

From the recorded EVPs, and the many we have obtained in this location on prior occasions, the fact that many appear to be highly interactive and aware of our presence, we conclude the place to be Haunted by Intelligent Spirits (i.e. Ghosts).
