• Reports of a shadow being seen moving past the windows in the upstairs office area
   
• An uneasy feeling in some locations, in particular the basement
   
• A water valve in the basement opened "by itself" once, flooding the basement
   
• The volume control of a stereo in the office was physically turned down, yet nobody was upstairs at the time

Right at the very start, Chuck had turned on the IR Camcorder and was showing off the effect of his IR Flood Light to the other people, when this was recorded:

As we were getting ready to head down to the basement, Christina needed to go to the fuse box and turn on the stairwell lights.  That's when this was recorded:

Christina, Chuck and Jeff  were in the basement boiler room, looking at the old water heater used for heating the building, and hearing how the water valve had opened once on it's own flooding the basement, when we captured this audio clip:

The word "Mushaka" in itself is a little odd.  Not being English, we have yet to find out what it means, and the ghost isn't telling us either.

We were heading to the upstairs office, when Chuck turned the wrong direction in the hallway and had to be told which way to go, when we got this one:

After checking the basement, and returning to the main floor, we were just proceeding up the narrow winding staircase to the upper office, when we got this one:

Observations:

• Strong electro-magnetic fields traced to the shaver recharge bases, but at a practical distance, it's a weak field and doesn't present a health hazard.
   

• VERY strong magnetic field produced by a voltage step-down transformer near the boiler room door, used for a door bell or something, but it would take extended exposure times to have any real effect on a human.
   

• New batteries in recorders placed in the basement and end work station went dead very fast to start with, and then lasted the rest of the time we were there on the new set.  All other recorders and battery usage appeared to be at normal rates.
   

• At several different times, at least one person in the group reported feeling an odd chill, like that of a cold spot, but temperature readings didn't locate anything.
   

• Odd flashes of light were seen on several occasions.  However, with the busy street out front and the many windows and mirrors, it wasn't out of the ordinary.

Several times on the video the EMF meter placed by the hanger rapidly blinks, but the "pattern" is one of our cell phones performing a connection check they routinely do.  Other then that, nothing.

Jeff and Chuck concentrated most of their time in the basement and office, while Karen and Christina stayed on the main floor.
 

Observations:

• Jeff experienced a cold chill while standing near the boiler room door, which was notable because the boiler was operating and the basement area was actually quite warm at the time

Summary To Date:

From the many EVPs captured so far, the fact that some appear to be interactive, and aware of our presence, we conclude the place to be Haunted by at least one, if not more, Intelligent Spirits (i.e. Ghosts).

We will be returning to this location to try and obtain more evidence.
